Last night, Kaitlyn and I tried to make stir fry. Just to clarify, since my cooking abilities are limited, I chopped up the meat and made our salads like a pro. She was responsible for all of the difficult tasks. I’d say that the food turned out pretty well, which is good because we probably have enough rice to feed all of Taiwan. In the future, we are going to try to mix in more veggies, eggs and soy sauce. But for a first attempt, I deem it a success.
